who we are
"Done Properly" is a trading name of Done Properly Group Ltd (company no. 11958128) and Done Properly Consultancy Ltd (company no. 16600274), both registered in England and Wales with their registered office at 7 Irvine Crescent, Basingstoke, RG24 9TS, United Kingdom. Together they are the data controller for this website. For anything privacy-related, contact privacydoneproperly.group.
what we collect
This is a holding page: there are no accounts, no analytics, and no marketing lists. The only personal data we collect is what you choose to send us through the contact form: your name, your email address, and the content of your message. Our hosting provider may also record standard technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) to keep the site running and secure.
why we collect it
We use your details solely to read and respond to your enquiry. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) UK GDPR): you've contacted us, and responding is what you'd expect us to do. We don't use your details for marketing, profiling, or automated decision-making, and we never sell them.
who processes it
- FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) relays contact-form submissions to our inbox by email. Their policy states submissions are processed only to deliver the service and are not disclosed to third parties except where required by law; see the FormSubmit privacy policy. FormSubmit may process data outside the UK.
- Our email provider stores the resulting email like any other correspondence.
- Our hosting provider serves the site and keeps routine access logs.
- The Inter typeface is loaded from rsms.me, so your browser makes a request to that server (disclosing your IP address, as with any web request) to fetch the font files.
international transfers
Some of the providers above may process data outside the UK. Where that happens, we rely on the safeguards those providers offer (such as standard contractual clauses) and the fact that the data involved is limited to what you put in the form.
how long we keep it
We keep enquiry emails for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any follow-up, and in any case no longer than 24 months, after which they are deleted.
your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask us for access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data; ask us to restrict or object to our processing; and ask for a portable copy. Email privacydoneproperly.group and we'll sort it out. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
changes
If we change this policy, for example when the full site launches, we'll update this page and the date below.
